ClearPool

Privacy policy

Pre-launch draft - owner review required before public launch.

ClearPool stores account details, customer contact information, service addresses, access notes, water readings, photos, invoices, and payment records entered by the pool-service company.

How information is used

Information supports scheduling, service reporting, billing, and messages requested by your company. Organization access is enforced by database permissions. Service photos are stored privately and shared using expiring links.

Providers

Supabase hosts authentication, database records, and files. Stripe processes payment information; ClearPool does not store card numbers. Configured email and geocoding providers receive the information needed to deliver messages or map addresses.

Cookies and devices

Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Pending service photos may be held on a technician's device until they can be uploaded. The app does not cache customer pages for offline browsing.

Your records

Customer and invoice CSV exports are available to signed-in users. Contact the operator through Support for account or privacy requests.

Retention periods, contact details, and regional rights must be finalized before public launch.
