Getting started

1. Add or import your customers, then add their property addresses.
2. Create a recurring service plan on each property.
3. Assign a technician and arrange the day's route.
4. Open Today on a phone to record readings, photos, and completion.
5. Create an invoice, add line items, and mark it sent.

Open Today on the same device and select Retry pending photos. You can also upload a photo directly from its service report.

Payments and subscriptions

Use Billing to connect Stripe, refresh onboarding status, or manage your subscription. Refunds and payment disputes are handled from your Stripe dashboard.
